SHIPPING AND RETURNS
PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNS
We only accept returns on the damaged item(s) in it's original packing within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Any returns delivered after 30 days will be ineligible for returns and will be shipped back to the customer. Before returning, please email us within 7 days from the date of delivery with a clear snapshot of the damaged goods.
The new item(s) will be promptly sent to the customer after the damaged item(s) is received.
All shipping fees are to be paid by the customers.
We do not allow cash refunds, only in-store credits.
We currently only ship to the United States using free standard airmail shipping with an estimated 5 weeks of shipping time. MAY BE LONGER DUE TO CURRENT SITUATION.
Please allow 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the processing of your shipment. A tracking number will be send to you once your item(s) are shipped. PLASTICMILK is not responsible for any delays in shipment.
Depending on your location, the item(s) will most probably be delivered by your local post via regular mail. If the item(s) is not collected upon delivery, a notice may be given with further instructions on collection by your local post. Uncollected item(s) will not be on-hold indefinitely and may be discarded or returned to us. In the case of returns, your order will be cancelled without refunds. PLASTICMILK will not be responsible for any abandoned/discarded mail(s).
CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES
All customs and duty fees are to be paid by the customer. Please direct all questions regarding duty fees to your local customs office.
MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN ITEM(S)
PLASTICMILK will not be responsible for any missing, lost or stolen item(s) once the Item(s) has arrived at a processing facility and/or for item(s) that is marked delivered.
